Installing the python scapy library in VG710
I appreciate the support:
I need to install scapy for python on my VG710.
The need is to make a DHCP server program that supports option 82.
The user pyuser is not a root user. This limits the installation of libraries and the use of system commands.

Please try pip install xxx --user in python debug mode
as for IDE debug, please refer to 4.3 section of VG710-Python-APP-Development-Guide.pdf
