How can I add multiple modbus tag values together into another tag.

The idea is to be able to add the values of multiple data points or tags  coming from a plc into one virtual tag that I can send via MQTT. 

I have multiple flows coming from a controller, I want to add these flows together and send the total out via mqtt.
