telnet to computer connected to cellular router

I have an IR302 I am using one sim card from tello mobile and one from flexiboom.  I would like to telnet to a raspberry pi connected to the router.  Is there a way to do this through cellular connection.

You would need a public IP on your cellular interface to do so. Use port mapping function with the public IP, then you could access devices underneath the router.

Cellular carriers would not assign public IP to a cellular device if you don't ask for it specifically. You could verify if your cellular IP is public using following steps:

1. Login to the router webGUI, go to Status>>Network Connection. Find out the cellular IP under Cellular section in this page.

2. if the IP is 192.168.x.x, 10.x.x.x, or 172.16.x.x to 172.31.x.x, then it's not public.

3. try access the IP from a device not connecting to the cellular device, if not reachable, then it's not public.
