VG814 - Led Power Steady Blue
Hi,
I have a new VG814 to test and when it stay with the LED Steady blue (IGT is not correctly installed in the manual)
What does that mean ? i tried to make a factory reset but its not working too.
anybody have the same issue ?

I reply for myself.
i had a problem on the connection of the power supply, there is 3 pin to connect (V+, V- and IGT) and we didnt connect the IGT Pin so the power supply was not working well.
Its working now.

Yes the IGT Pin is the signal to wake up VG814 (and VG710). Since the VG814 and VG710 are supposed to turn to sleep (not power off) when the vehicle IGT is off, please connect the IGT to V+ when you test VG710 and VG814 in office/lab.
